La Renommée: From the Team Behind 4 Charles Prime Rib

Are you a fan of 4 Chalres, Au Cheval and Bavette’s? I mean, who isn't. Hogsalt Hospitality, The team behind these famous establishments, brings their first independent restaurant outside of the United States, La Renommée. It is named for the 200-year-old storefront it now occupies and aims to be a historic French restaurant with Chicago hospitality and a bit of old New York influence.  

The 42-seat restaurant can be found in Paris’ 1st Arrondissement and is located inside a historic building on Saint-Honoré. The menu features classic French dishes like pot a feu, escargots de Bourgogne, and sole Meunière while also offering some American flare with their famous Au Cheval griddled double cheeseburger which is listed as “West Village”.
