Wildair NYC

Natural wine is the new hype and Wildair on the Lower East Side is the perfect place to visit. This casual wine bar is the laid-back sister restaurant of neighboring Contra by Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske Valtierra. Their menu is filled with inventive small plates ranging from Jerk Prawn Skewers to Toulouse Sausage. 

While every dish is amazing here, they are best known for their donuts. The unique flavored square donuts are only available Saturday 12:00PM to 2:30PM, so it's important to plan accordingly to get your hands on one.
